1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Customized or special-order products are non-refundable.
Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer service at info@ictcomposites.com
within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once approved, carefully repackage the items in their original condition.
Ship the products back to the designated return address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges for other products or sizes are available, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please report it to us within
